Hard Reset SONY XPERIA Z4 ULTRA

First method:

1. At the very begining download the Xperia Companion on your PC.
2. You may find it right here www.support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/xperia-companion/
3. Install the application on your computer.
4. Turn off your SONY XPERIA Z4 ULTRA and connect your phone to PC by using Micro USB Cable.
5. Open the Xperia Companion and from the Main Menu choose Software repair.
6. Then go the next through the confirmation proccess by selectin appropraite option.
7. When the following menu appear connect turn your smartphone into a Fastboot Mode.
8. In order to do it you have to hold down the Volume Down and while holding this key connect your phone with PC by using Micro USB cable.
9. Read imporatnt infomation about process and select Next button to begin the factory reset operation.
10. When the opration is completed disconnect your device.
11. Finally, turn on your SONY by holding down the Power button.
12. Success! The hard reset has just been completed.

Second method:

1. In the first step hold down the Power button for a short while to turn on the SONY XPERIA Z4 ULTRA.
2. Afterwards go to Settings and then to Backup & Reset.
3. Then selec Factory Data Reset and tap Reset Phone.
4. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data.
5. Congratulations! The hard reset has just been performed.

Third method:

1. Make sure that your smartphone is turned on.
2. In the next step open the phone's dialer and type in: *#*#7378423#*#*.
3. From the menu which should appear on the screen choose option Customization Settings and then Reset customization.
4. Confirm information: "Data will be cleared and factory data reset will perform".
5. Accept by pressing Reset customization and reboot.
6. Well done! You have just performed the hard reset operation
