First method:

1. First of all hold down Power key in order to turn off your smartphone.
2. In the next step press and don't release the Volume Down + Power button for a couple seconds.
3. If the LG logo shows up let go only Power key for a seconds and click again Power button. It is important to not release Volume Down key.
4. Stop holding all buttons when you see the Factory Data Reset on the screen.
5. At last use Volume rockers to choose "Yes" and Power button to confirm it.
6. In the next step select "Yes" by using the same keys as before.
7. Success!

Second method:

1. At first switch on the smartphone by pressing Power button for a couple of seconds.
2. From the home screen go to Main menu --> Settings.
3. Then choose General and Backup & Reset.
4. After that, tap Factory Data Reset and Reset Phone.
5. Select Delete All if you want to clear all your data.
6. Success! The hard reset operation will be completed for a moment.
