Hard Reset CATERPILLAR B10

First method:

1. At first hold down the Power button to switch off the device.
2. Then press and hold Volume Up + Power key for a while.
3. You can release the Power button when CATERPILLAR logo appears on your screen
4. Keep holding Volume Up until you see the Recovery Mode.
5. Now choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume Down button to scroll and the Volume Up button to confirm your choice.
6. Browse to option "Yes-detele all user data", and select that with the Volume Up key.
7. Now press Volume Up button to choose option "reboot system now".
8. Success! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. Press the Power button, until your device is on.
2. Then from the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
3. After that select Privacy and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
