Hard Reset CATERPILLAR S30

First method:

1. At the very beginning switch off the phone by using the Power button.
2. Then press and hold the Volume Up key for a few seconds.
3. While holding this key connect your device to PC by using a Micro USB cable.
4. Kepp holding the Volume Up button until the CATERPILLAR logo pops up on the screen.
5. In the next step use the Volume keys to select "wipe data/factory reset" and tap the Power button to confirm.
6. Afterwards choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with Power key.
7. When the Recovery Mode appears again on the screen accept option "reboot system now" using Power rocker.
8. That's all. The factory reset operation should be completed.

Second method:

1. Firstly, hold down the Power button, until your device is on.
2. From the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
3. After that select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
5. Success! The factory reset is done!
