Hard Reset LG E615 Optimus L5 Dual

First method:

1. At the beginning switch off the handset. 
2. Press and hold Volume Down + Power button. 
3. When the LED keys on the bottom of the phone lights up, release Volume Downand Power buttons and hold down the Home key for a while.
4. When LG logo will appear on screen release both buttons.
5. Device will restart, after that you can work on device.
6. Well done!

Second method:

1. Turn on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Afterwards go to Settings and then to Backup & reset.
3. Tap Reset Phone. 
4. Choose Delete all if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
5. Select OK to confirm the whole operation.
6. Well done!
