Hard Reset LG E612 Optimus L5

First method:

1. Hold down the Power button to switch off device. 
2. Press and hold Volume Down + Power button. 
3. When the LED keys on the bottom of the phone lights up, release Volume Downand Power buttons and hold down the Home key for a short while.
4. Release them, when LG logo appears.
5. Now your phone will restart.
6. Done, you can work on your device.

Second method:

1. Turn on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Afterwards go to Settings and then to Backup & reset.
3. Tap Reset Phone. 
4. Choose Delete all if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
5. Select OK to confirm the whole operation.
6. Well done!
