Hard Reset HTC Touch2

First method:

1. Firstly, switch off your phone by using End/Power Button.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons.
3. While holding these buttons press End/Power key briefly.
4. Release held keys when you see a text screen.
5. Afterwards press the Volume Up button to perform the hard reset (or press any other button to cancel the operation).

Second method:

1. Switch on the phone.
2. From the Home Screen go to Settings.
3. Then select All Settings and tap System.
4. Choose Clear Storage, enter following code “1234”.
5. Confirm the whole operation by tapping Yes.
