Hard Reset HTC J Z321e

First method:

1. At the beginning, turn off the phone by holding the Power button.
2. Then press and hold Power button + Volume Down button.
3. When you see Bootloader Mode menu release held buttons.
4. Then from the menu of Bootloader select option "FACTORY RESET" by using Volume Down to scroll, and Power button to accept.
5. Done!

Second method:

1. Push the Power button to turn on the device.
2. Go to Menu and choose Settings .
3. After that tap Storage and select Factory data reset.
4. Then choose Reset phone, and confirm the whole operation tapping Erase everything.
