Hard Reset HTC Touch Cruise II

First method:

1. Switch off device by holding Power button.
2. Press and hold Volume Down + Enter button for a couple of seconds.
3. While holding these buttons press the Power button for a short while.
4. Release held keys when you see a text screen.
5. Afterwards press the Volume Up button to perform the hard reset (or press any other button to cancel the operation).
6. The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. At the beginning turn on your phone.
2. From the Home Screen go to Settings.
3. Then select All Settings and tap System tab.
4. Choose Clear Storage, enter “1234”.
5. Confirm the whole operation by tapping Yes.
