Hard Reset HTC J Butterfly

First method:

1. First, turn off the phone by using the Power button.
2. Then press and hold Volum Down and Power buttons together for a few moments.
3. Wait for the three Andoid images.
4. When you see them, choose the Factory Reset by pressing the Volum Down button. 
5. Success! 

Second method:

1. Push the Power button to turn on the device.
2. Go to Menu and choose Settings .
3. After that tap Storage and select Factory data reset.
4. Then choose Reset phone, and confirm the whole operation by tapping Erase everything.
