Hard Reset HTC P3452 Elfin

First method:

1. Press Power button, until your device is off.
2. Then press and hold both Call button and End button.
3. While holding these buttons use stylus and put in the reset hole.
4. Release the stylus, but continue pressing Call and End buttons until you see a message on your screen.
5. Afterwards press Enter key to confirm the whole operation.
6. Success!

Second method:

1. Switch on the phone.
2. From the Home Screen go to Settings.
3. Then select System tab.
4. Afterwards choose Clear Storage, enter “1234”.
5. Confirm the whole operation by tapping Yes.
