Hard Reset HTC Salsa

First method:

1. Power off HTC Salsa holding Power button.
2. Then hold Volume Down + Power button for a while.
3. Release buttons when you see three Android images.
4. Now select option Factory Reset to browse use Volume Down and Volume Up button, and to choose use Power button. 
5. Device will reboot itself.

Second method:

1. Go from Menu to Settings and then to Privacy.
2. Tap Factory data reset.
3. Find Reset phone and select it.
4. If you want delete all data select Erase all data.
5. Press OK button.

WARNING !
Hard Reset will erase all of your data
