Hard Reset HTC Freestyle

First method:

1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press and hold  Volume Up + Volume Down + Power at the same time for a few seconds.
3. Release held keys when you see a new menu on your screen.
4. Afterwards press the Volume Down button to perform the hard reset (or press any other button to cancel the operation).
5. Press the Volume Down button once again to restart your device.

Second method:

1. Switch on the phone.
2. From the Home Screen go to Options.
3. Then select Settings and tap Security.
4. Choose Factory Reset, enter following code “1234”.
5. Confirm the whole operation by tapping Yes.
