First Method:

1. Firstly, switch off your phone by using Power Button.
2. Afterwards press and hold Volume Up and Down buttons.
3. While holding these buttons push the Power key for a short while.
4. Release these buttons when your phone turns on and shows a text screen.
5. Choose "Factory reset" by using Volume Buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm.
6. After that, follow the instructions to complete the hard reset proccess.

Second Method:

1. Start by turning on your phone.
2. Tap Settings and then select About.
3. Afterwards, choose Reset your phone.
4. Confirm your choice by tapping Yes.
