Hard Reset HTC Ozone

First method:

1. First, turn off the phone by removing the back cover and the battery. 
2. Put the battery and the cover back.
3. Press and hold the Volume Down and Send button for a couple of seconds.
4. While holding these buttons press Power button briefly.
5. Afterwards press the Volume Up and then Send button to perform the hard reset.
6. Success!

Second method:

1. Switch on the phone.
2. Then click Start and choose System Tools.
3. Select Clear Storage to confirm the whole process.
4. Well done the hard reset has just benn performed
