Hard Reset SONY Xperia XZ2

Third method:

1. Switch on the phone by holding the Power key for a short while.
2. After that open the phone's dialer and type in: *#*#7378423#*#*.
3. From the menu which shows up on the screen select option Customization Settings and then Reset customization.
4. Confirm information: "Data will be cleared and factory data reset will perform".
5. At the end accept that by tapping Reset customization and reboot.
6. Perfect!
