Hard Reset SONY Xperia L1 G3311

First method:

1. Firstly download the Xperia Companion on your PC. You may find the appropriate file here www.support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/xperia-companion/
2. In the next step install the application on your computer.
3. Next, switch off SONY Xperia L1 G3311 and connect your phone to PC by using Micro USB Cable.
4. Launch the Xperia Companion and from the Main Menu choose Software repair.
5. Then go the next through the confirmation proccess by selectin appropraite option.
6. As soon as the following menu appear connect turn your smartphone into a Fastboot Mode.
7. In order to do it you have to hold down the Volume Down and while holding this key connect your phone with PC by using Micro USB cable.
8. Then read imporatnt infomation about process and select Next button to begin the factory reset operation.
9. When the opration is completed disconnect your device.
10. Finally, switch on your SONY by holding down the Power button.
11. Congratulations! The hard reset has just been completed. The SONY Welcome Panel should pop up.

Second method:

1. Start by holding down the Power button for a short while to turn on the smartphone.
2. Afterwards go to Settings and then to Backup & Reset.
3. Then selec Factory Data Reset and tap Reset Phone.
4. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data.
5. The restoring operation will be done as soon as the SONY Welcome Panel shows up.
6. Congratulations! The hard reset has just been performed.

Third method:

1. First of all, use the Power key in order to switch on the smartphone.
2. In the next step open the phone's dialer and type in: *#*#7378423#*#*.
3. From the menu which should appear on the screen choose option Customization Settings and then Reset customization.
4. Confirm information: "Data will be cleared and factory data reset will perform".
5. Accept by pressing Reset customization and reboot.
6. Well done! You have just performed the hard reset operation
