Hard Reset SAMSUNG Galaxy J7 Sky Pro 4G

First method:

1. In the first step turn off the SAMSUNG Galaxy J7 Sky Pro 4G by holding down the Power button.
2. Afterwards press and hold together: Volume Up + Home+ Power key for a couple of seconds.
3. Release held keys as soon as you can see the Samsung logo.
4. The Installing System Update and No Command screen should pop up. Wait a few seconds until this Blue Screen disappear.
5. After that select "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power buttonto confirm.
6. Then choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the whole operation.
7. Now the device is formatting itself.
8. When the Recovery Mode menu appears again select option "reboot system now".
9. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. Begin by turninng on the SAMSUNG Galaxy J7 Sky Pro 4G by holding down the Power button.
2. From the Home Screen go to Menu and then to Settings.
3. Afterwards find and select Backup & Reset .
4. Tap Factory Data Reset and then Reset device.
5. To confirm your choice select Erase everything.
6. That's all. Wait to complete the operation.
