First method:

1. First of all use the Power key in order to switch off the device.
2. Afterwards press and hold simultaneously the Volume Down + Power button for a few seconds.
3. When the LG logo pops up release only Power key for a seconds and hold it again for a couple of seconds.
4. Release all buttons when the Factory Mode appears on the screen.
5. Then confirm process by choosing appropriate options using Volume rockers to navigate and Power button to confirm.
6. Success! The factory reset has just been completed.

Second method:

1. Begin by holding down the Power button to turn on the cell phone.
2. In the next step go to Settings.
3. You have to select General and then Backup & Reset.
4. After that, tap Factory Data Reset and Reset Phone.
5. Finally, choose Delete All if you are sure you want to clear all your data.
6. Success! The factory reset is done! Your phone is ready to use.
