First method:

1. Begin by switching off the smartphone by holding down the Power key for a short while.
2. In the next step press and hold the following combination Volume Up + Power button at the same time for a few seconds.
3. Let go of held keys as soon as the Huawei logo appears on the screen.
4. Select using Volume buttons option "wipe data/factory reset", and confirm that with Power button.

3. Type in the following secret code: *#*# 2846579#*#*
4. From the menu in front of you choose Restore Factory.
5. Finally, tap OK to confirm the whole operation.
6. As soon as the HUAWEI Welcome Panel shows up the restoring will be completed.
7. Excellent! You just accomplished the Factory Reset operation.
