Hard Reset LG SU880 Optimus EX

First method:

1. Tap Power button to switch off device.
2. Press and hold Volume Down + Power button.
3. When LG logo will appear on screen release buttons.
4. Confirm process twice by pressing Power button.
5. Device will restart, after that you can work on device.

Second method:

1. Power on the phone.
   
2. Then tap Menu, and goto Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone.
3. Now if you have lock code, then enter it, and confirm operation.
4. After that your phone will reset and restarts.
5. Good job!
