Hard Reset LG E445 Optimus L4 II Dual

First method:

1. Turn off the phone by holding the Power button for a short while.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down + Power button for a couple of seconds.
3. Release held keys when you see an Andoid Icon on the screen.
4. Wait about 2 minutes to complete the operation.
5. Well done!

Second method:

1. If the cell phone is off, press the Power button to turn it back on.
2. Afterwards go to Settings and then to Privacy.
3. Tap Factory Data Reset to begin the operation.
4. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
