Hard Reset LG D800 G2

First method:

1. In order to switch off the device hold down the Power key for a short while.
2. After that press Volume Down button and Power button together until the LG logo appears on the screen.
3. When the LG logo is displayed, let go of the Power button, keep pressing the Volume Down key and then press once more the Power button.
4. You should see a factory reset menu on your screen.
5. You should confirm process by choosing appropriate options. Use Volume rockers to navigate and Power button to confirm.
6. Wait to complete the operation.
7. Success! The hard reset has just been completed.

Second method:

1. Turn on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Afterwards form Main Menu go to Settings.
3. Select General and then Backup & Reset.
4. In the next step select Reset Phone. 
5. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
6. Select OK to confirm the whole operation.
7. Well done! You have just performed the hard reset operation.

Third method:

1. At the beginning switch off your device by holding down the Power key for a short while.
2. Then press and hold the Volume Down and the Power buttons simultaneously until the LG logo is displayed on your screen.
3. Now you can release the buttons and then press and hold them once more.
4. Then use Volume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset" and tap the Power button to confirm.
5. Afterwards choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with Power button.
6. When a Recovery Mode appears again on the screen accept option "reboot system now" using Power rocker.
7. That's all. The factory reset has just been performed.
