First method:

1. At first hold down the Power button, until your device is turned on.
2. Then from the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
3. Select Backup & Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset tablet and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
5. Well done!

Second method:

1. Start by swtiching off the device by pressing Power button.
2. Afterawrds press and hold Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds.
3. When the device vibrates release the Power key but keep holding the Volume Up.
4. You can let go of thiss button when the Recovery Mode appears on the screen.
5. From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll andPower button to select options.
6. Choose "yes" to confirm if you are 100% sure you want to clear all your data.
7. Press Power button to enter option "reboot system now".
8. Cogratulations!
