First method:

1. If the device is switched off, press the Power button for a while to turn the device back on.
2. Afterwards from the Menu and find and selct Settings.
3. In the next step choose Backup & Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset device and select Erase everything to confirm the whole operation.
5. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. At the very beginning hold down the Power key for a short while to switch off the tablet.
2. Afterwards press and hold the Volume Down + Power button for about 10 seconds.
3. You should release held keys when you see a new menu on your screen.
4. From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll andPower button to select options.

6. Use Power button to accept option "reboot system now".
