Hard Reset SAMSUNG Ativ SE

First method:

1. Power on your mobile phone.
   
2. Then from the Start screen please swipe left to display the apps list.
   * You can also tap the right arrow located in the lower-right.
3. Next goto Settings -> About -> Reset your phone -> 2 x Yes.
4. After that your device will reset and restarts.
5. Done!

Second method:

1. Turn off your handset.
   
2. Next hold and press Volume Down + Power button until you see Restore screen.
   
3. Now press and release this buttons in sequence: Volume Up -> Volume Down -> Power button -> Volume Down.
4. After that your phone will reset and restarts.
5. Good job!
