Hard Reset HTC Gratia

First method:

1. Start by turning off the phone.
2. Afterwards, hold down Volum Down and Power buttons for a couple of seconds.
3. You can release held keys when you see a new menu on your screen.
4. Choose the Clear Storage (Factory Reset) by pressing the Volum Down to navigate andPower button to select.
5. Then Press Volume Up to start the factory reset.
6. Congratulations, the hard reset is done!
