Hard Reset SONY Xperia XZ2 Compact

First method:

1. At first download the Xperia Companion on your laptop or PC.
2. You can do it from here www.support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/xperia-companion/
3. After that install this application on your PC.
4. Now hold down the Power key for a a few seconds to turn off the device and plug USB C cable with your PC or laptop.
5. Open the Xperia Companion and from the Main Menu select Software repair.
6. Go the next through the confirmation proccess by selectin appropraite option.
7. When the following menu appears connect switch your SONY Xperia XZ2 Compact into a Fastboot Mode.
8. After that kepp holding on the Volume Down key and while holding this button plug this USB C cable into device.
9. Read imporatnt infomation about process and select Next button to begin the factory reset operation.
10. When the operation is finished disconnect your phone.
11. Finally switch on the smartphone by pressing the Power key for a few seconds.
12. Well done!
