Hard Reset SAMSUNG Galaxy J3 Luna Pro

First method:

1. In the first step turn off the device by holding the Power key for a couple of seconds.
2. Then start pressing Volume Up + Home + Power buttons together for a few moments.
3. When you see the SAMSUNG LOGO let go of all keys.
4. Now choose "wipe data / factory reset" by using Volume buttons to navigate and the Power key to confirm that.
   
5. In this menu select "Yes". Use Volume keys to scroll down and the Power button to accept it.
6. When Recovery Mode shows up choose "reboot system now" by using the Power key.
7. Well done!
