Hard Reset SAMSUNG Galaxy A8 (2018)

First method:

1. In the next step turn off the phone by pressing the Power button for a short while.
2. After that keep holding on Volume Up and Power keys for a couple of seconds.
3. Release all keys when the SAMSUNG logo pops up.
4. When you see Android Robot image with "No command" you should tap on the screen.
5. Then select "wipe data / factory reset". Use Volume keys to scroll down and the Power button to accept it.
6. Now choose "Yes -- delete all user data" by using Volume buttons to navigate and the Power key to confirm that.
7. At the end select "reboot system now" by using the Power button.
8. Well done!
