First method:
- Switch off the SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A 2017 WiFi by using the Power key and tapping the Power off option.
- When the screen goes black hold down simultaneously the Volume Up + Home + Power buttonfor a few momements.
- You should release both keys as soon as the Samsung Logo appears on the screen.
- Select "wipe data / factory reset" by using Volume buttons to navigate and Power key to confirm.
- Choose "Yes -- delete all user data" in order to confirm whole operation.
- When the Recovery Mode appears again select "reboot system now".
- The restoring operation will be done as soon as SAMSUNG Welcome Panel pos up.

Second method:
- If the SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A 2017 WiFi is off, use the Power button to turn it back on and choose Main Menu.
- Afterwards from the Home Screen tap the Apps icon.
- From the list of applications choose. Settings and select General management.
- Choose Reset and then Factory Data Reset.
- You should read the information about Factory Reset operation and select "Reset".
- Finally, select Delete All to confirm the whole operation.
