First method:

1. Start by switching off the phone by holding the Power rocker for a short while.
2. Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button until you see an Adnroid logo on your screen.
3. In the next step use theVolume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset", and confirm that with Power button.
4. Next, choose "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
5. To restart the phone, select "reboot system now".
6. Success! The hard reset is done!

Second method:

1. If the display is off, press the Power button to turn it back on.
2. Go to Menu and choose Settings .
3. After that tap Backup&Settings and select Factory data reset.
4. Then choose Reset phone, and confirm the whole operation tapping Erase everything.
