First method:

1. Firstly, hold down the Power key to switch off the device.
2. Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button for a while.
3. Release Power button when CATERPILLAR logo appears on your screen.
4. Keep holding Volume Up until you see the Recovery Mode.
5. Now choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume Down button to scroll and the Volume Up button to confirm your choice.
6. Browse to option "Yes-detele all user data", and select that with Volume Up key.
7. When Recovery Mode menu appears again on the screen press Volume Up button to choose option "reboot system now".
8. Wait until your phone restart.

Second method:

1. If the cell phone is off press the Power key to trun it back on.
2. Then from the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
3. After that select Privacy and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything to the operation.
5. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
