Hard Reset LG MS769 Optimus L9

First method:

1. Power button to switch off device. 
2. Then press and hold Volume Down + Power button + Home button. 
3. Release them, when LG logo appears.
4. Confirm process by pressing Power button. 
5. Now your phone will restart.
6. Done, you can work on your device.

Second method:

1. Power on the device.
   
2. Next from the Home screen tap Apps icon, and press Settings -> Backup & reset -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone -> Erase everything.
3. Confirm your choice and wait to finish operation.
4. Good job!
