Hard Reset LG LS855 Marquee

First method:

1. Power button to switch off device. 
2. Then press and hold Volume Down + Power button. 
3. Release them, when LG logo appears.
4. Confirm process by pressing Power button. 
5. Now your phone will restart.
6. Done, you can work on your device.

Second method:

1. Turn on your handset.
   
2. Now tap Home key -> Menu key, and goto Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone.
3. Then enter your password, and tap option Erase everything.
4. Good job!
