Hard Reset LG L45 Dual X132

First method:

1. At the beginnig switch off the mobile phone by using the Power key.
2. After that press and hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a few seconds.
3. When the LG logo appears on the screen, let go of the Power key, keep pressing the Volume Down and then press once more the Power button.
4. The Factory Reset menu should be displayed on the phone's screen.
5. Then confirm process by choosing appropriate options. Use Volume rockers to navigate and Power button to confirm.
6. Wait to complete the operation.
7. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. If the display is off hold down the Power button to turn it back on.
2. Afterwards go to Settings.
3. In the next step find and select Backup & Reset.
4. Then tap Factory Data Reset and Reset Phone. 
5. Choose Delete All if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
6. Select OK to confirm the whole operation.
7. Well done!
