Hard Reset LG KC910i Renoir

First method:

1. The phone must be turned off so press and hold Power button for a short while. 
2. Go to Standby screen or open phone's Dialer.
3. Type in the following code: 3845#*910# (or 2945#*910#)
4. Afterwards select Factory Reset option.
5. Success! The hard reset has just been performed!

Second method:

1. If the display is off, press the Power to turn it back on.
2. From Main Menu find and select Settings.
3. Choose Phone Settings and tap Reset Settings.
4. Tap ‘Yes’ to the question ‘All settings will be reset. Continue?"
5. Enter the security code 0000 then tap ‘OK’.
6. Success!
