Hard Reset LG D802 G2

First method:

1. At the beginning power off your cell phone.
2. Afterwards, press Volume Down button and Power Button together until the LG logo appears on the screen.
3. When the LG logo is displayed, let go of the Power Button, keep pressing theVolume Down key and then press once more the Power Button.
4. Now, you should see factory reset menu.
5. Then confirm process by pressing Power button twice. 
6. Now your phone should restart.
7. Success! The hard reset has just been completed.

Second method:

1. Turn on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Afterwards go to Settings.
3. Select General and then Backup & reset.
4. Tap Reset Phone. 
5. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
6. Select OK to confirm the whole operation.
7. Well done!
