Hard Reset LG AS855 Ignite

First method:

1. At the beginning switch off your phone by holding the Power key.
2. Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button for about 10 seconds.
3. When the power turns on, release these keys.
4. Use Volume buttons to highlight "wipe data/factory reset", and then press theMenu key to confirm this option.
5. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Menu to select.
6. To restart the phone, select "reboot system now".
7. Success! The hard reset is done!

Second method:

1. Turn on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Go to Settings and then to Privacy.
3. Tap Factory data reset and choose Reset phone.
4. Finally touch Erase everything to confirm the whole operation.
5. Well done!
