Hard Reset LG VS980 G2

First method:

1. At the beginning power off your cell phone by holding down the Power key for a short while.
2. Afterwards, press Volume Down button and Power button together for a few seconds.
3. When the LG logo is displayed, let go of the Power button, keep pressing theVolume Down and then press once more the Power key.
4. Now, you should see factory reset menu.
5. Then confirm process by pressing Power button twice. 
6. Now your phone should restart.
7. Success! The hard reset has just been completed.

Second method:

1. First of all, turn on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Afterwards go to Settings.
3. Then select General and then Backup & reset.
4. In the next step tap Reset Phone. 
5. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
6. Select OK to confirm the whole operation.
7. Well done!
