First method:

1. In order to switch off the device, hold down the Power key for a short while.
2. Then press and hold together Volume Down + Home + Power button for a few seconds.
3. You may release held keys as soon as the Android Image appears on the screen.
4. Wait to complete the whole operation.
5. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. Start by turning on the device by using the Power button.
2. Afterawrds from Main Menu find and select Settings.
3. Then open the Backup&Reset  folder and select Factory Data Reset.
4. After that, tap Reset Phone and read the warning when it pops up.
5. In the next step choose Erase Everything and the phone will begin restoring.
6. Excellent! Your cell phone is ready to use.
