First method:

1. Start by holding down the Power key for a short while to turn off your device.
2. Afterewards press and hold the Volume Down + Power button simultaneously for a few seconds.
3. Then press Volume Down to select option "Recovery", and press Power button to confirm.
4. As soon as the the Android Image shows up on the screen hold down the Power key for a couple of seconds.
5. While you holding the Power button quickly press the Volume Up key.
6. Press Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset", and then push thePower key to confirm.
7. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
8. In order to restart the tablet, select "reboot system now".
9. Success! The hard reset is done!

Second method:

1. At first turn on the device by using the Power button. 
2. Afterwards go to Settings and then to Backup & Reset.
3. In the next step tap Factory Data Reset and select Reset Device.
4. Enter safety code and choose Erase Everything
5. Afterwards select OK to confirm the whole operation.
6. Well done! You have just performed the master reset operation.
