Hard Reset LG Bello II D331

First method:

1. At the very beginning hold down the Power key for a short while.
2. Next press and hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a couple of seconds.
3. As soon asthe LG logo is displayed, let go of the Power key, keep pressing the Volume Down and then press once more the Power button.
4. Release all buttons when the Factory Mode appears on the screen.
5. Then press the Power key to continue the hard reset process or either of the Volume buttons to cancel.
6. Afterwards use the Power key once more to confirm or press one of the of the Volume buttons to quit.
7. Excellent! The master reset has just been completed.

Second method:

1. If the display is off hold down the Power button to turn it back on.
2. Afterwards go to Settings.
3. Select General and then Backup & Reset.
4. In the next step tap Factory Data Reset and Reset Phone. 
5. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
6. Then select OK to confirm the whole operation.
7. Success! Your phone is ready to use.
