Hard Reset AMPE A78 2G

First method:

1. If the device is off hold down the Power button for a short while.
2. Afterwards go the Menu and find and select Settings.
3. In the next step choose Backup & Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset device and select Erase everything to confirm the whole operation.
5. Congratulations! You have just performed a hard reset operation!

Second method:

1. First of all, turn off the device by pressing the Power key.
2. Then hold down Volume Up + Power button for about 10 seconds.
3. You may release held keys as soon as you see the Android Robot.
4. To enter the Recovery Mode hold down the Volume Up + Power button for a short while.
5. Afterwards from the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.
6. Tap "yes" to confirm if you are 100% sure you want to clear all your data.
7. Press Power button to enter option "reboot system now".
8. Cogratulations! The hard reset has just been performed.
