First method:

1. Check your cell phone that if is off.
2. Then turn on the devie
   
3. Select emergency dial, and type this: *983*22387#
4. Select option: Erase Everything.

Second method:

1. Please power on the phone.
   
2. From the home screen select Menu -> Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone -> Erase everything.
3. Next your phone will restore and reboot.
