Hard Reset ZTE Blade Apex2

First method

1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press and hold  Volume Up + Power at the same time for a few seconds.
3. Release held keys when you see Recovery Mode.
4. Then press Volume Down to navigate to option "Wipe Data/Factory Reset", and press Power button to select.
5. Confirm the whole operation by tappinng "yes".
6. Success! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. Switch on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Afterwards go to Settings and then to Backup & reset.
3. Then choose the Factory Data Reset and tap Reset Phone. 
4. Select Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
5. Well done!
