Hard Reset ZTE Avid 4G

1. Please power off your cell phone.
   
2. Then press and hold together Volume Up + Power button.
   
3. Release them when you see menu of Recovery Mode.
   
4. Now use Volume buttons to scroll option "wipe data/factory reset", and accept this withPower button.
5. Next choose "yes" from the menu, and confirm that.
6. After that press Power button, to enter operation "reboot system now".
7. Wait now until your phone will reboots.
