Hard Reset SAMSUNG S7260 Galaxy Star Pro

First method:

1. Turn on your phone.
   
2. Check if your phone is fully charged.
3. Enter the Settings.
4. Now scroll down and choose Backup and reset.
   Please back-up your important data before this operation.
5. Tap on Factory Data Reset -> Erase Everything.
6. Then wait for your phone to reset itself.
7. Sucess!

Second method:

1. First you must turn off the phone.
   
2. When your phone is switched off, press together Volume Up + Home button + Power button.
   
3. If you see the menu in your screen, choose with Volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and select with Power button.
   
4. Next confirm the operation by Power button.
   
   
5. Then in the menu select reboot.
   
6. Now wait until phone restarts.
7. When your phone restarts you will see standard configuration like when you first start phone.
8. Success!!!
