Hard Reset SAMSUNG S6012 Galaxy Music Duos

1. First turn off your phone.
   
2. Next press and hold 3 buttons: Power key + Home key + Volume Up key, and release them when you see logo Samsung.
   
3. Then you will see recovery menu, where select "wipe data / factory reset" option usingVolume Down and confirm with Power button.
   
4. When you see "yes" option user Volume down button, to go to this option, and confirm that with Power button.
   
5. After that, select "reboot system now".
