Hard Reset SAMSUNG R355c TracFone

1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu.
   
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Phone Settings.
4. Select Security.
5. Enter the lock code, default password is the last 4 digits of cell phone number.
6. Select Reset Phone.
7. Select  Yes.

Hard Reset will erase all of your data
